Easy reel and drum maintenance

BC and VBC series belt conveyors are used for transportinng mashed, pellet or granular while flat belt conveyors are used for transporting packed products.

V-profile belt conveyors are used for the transportation of mashed, pellet or granule products, while flat roller belt conveyors are used for the transportation of sacks and packed products. The raw material of the transporting belt may be rubber, PVC or polyurethane.

Durable.
The belt conveyor is manufactured from St37 or stainless material. Thanks to the bolted construction bodies, it is very easy to disassemble and maintain the tape. Thanks to the high rotational life bearings used in the belt conveyor rollers, the roller usage life is long. Roller stations are designed with bolt connection.
 

High-angle transport.
In case of high-angle transport, the model of frilly edge belt which has pellets on it  is used. Depending on the product being transported, the patterns on the top of the belt will be sergeant, wish pattern, straight line or no pattern. A stable movement is provided by the return rollers and wheels on the belt turns.
