Automatic filling and bag removal

Big bag filling scale can be built depending on different weighing and filling needs. Putting the sack and taking it back is done by the operator.

It can work with 500 kg to 2000 kg sacks and has 10t/h to 20t/h filling capacity. The prepared sack reaches the filling point. When the filling muzzle goes down, opening of the sack is then constrained. Trap door underneath the screw or vibro feeder is opened and thus the filling process starts. When the sack reaches a certain defined weight, feeder stops and the trap door closes. After the bag weighing is completed, the hooks carrying the bag open automatically and release the bag.

 

 

Product specific design.
The filling mouth of Yemmak big bag scales varies according to the type of product. The scale filling can be belt-fed, screw-fed, vibro-fed and free-flowing. Big bag scales are generally used in the packaging of chemical products.

Belt feeding system is used for filling non-free flowing powder and granular product into big bags. It does not allow the granular product to be broken.
Screw feeding system is used for bagging non-free flowing powder product.
Vibro feeding system is used for filling the granular product into big bags.
Free flow system is used for granular and granular products with easy fluidity.

Roll cart goes to the holding point. User then grabs the gunny sack with a forklift and the whole process keeps on going. Sacking scale is completely electronic; users can get reports regarding the sacks’ number and weights.
