Precise weighing

The raw material is transferred into the dosing scale from the silo’s lower screw conveyor by taking account of the product ration.

Its body is made of St37-2 material. It can be manufactured from different materials and in different thicknesses and volumes. There is a ventilation pipe that equalizes the pressure during filling and discharging. The dosing scale has dust-resistant and flexible connectors. A maintenance cover is present on the casing.

Special design for capacity.
The dosing scale employs precise load cells consistent with its capacity for weighing. System operation is computer-controlled with the load cell and indicator data. When the bottom cover is opened, the product weighed by the precise load cells is discharged to the lower hopper. The process continues with the help of conveyors.
