DFC series Yemmak drum type fat coater ensures homogeneous coating of the pellet feed surface with liquid oils, vitamins and enzymes.
It effectively improves the quality and nutritional value of feed pellets, so you can produce high-energy feed accordingly.
With the rotating drum type coating body structure, we can ensure that the liquid comes into contact with the feed pellets completely, so that the spraying effect is even. It has a maximum liquid addition rate of up to 8% of the product throughput capacity.
High level of hygiene is provided thanks to the special spray pipe.
Ease of cleaning and maintenance is provided by the multi-coupling wheel system. Thanks to the multi-oil hoses connection system, they can be quickly disconnected and connected from the spray pipe of the liquid supply line. Simultaneous spraying of up to three different liquids is possible. The amount of added liquid can be adjusted by automation thanks to the impact scale with solid flow meter.
