The truck unloading lift is driven by 2 gradually opening hydraulic cylinders. Safe operation of the system is ensured with the explosion valves on the hydraulic cylinders and the switch on the lift body.
35 ° Angular Movement Opportunity
There are 2 wheel support wedge mechanisms on the truck unloading lift. Wedges are also opened and closed according to the vehicle with separate hydraulic cylinders. After the vehicles are fixed with the wedges on the lift, the hydraulic unit is operated and the raw material is discharged by moving the lift angularly. The lift can be lifted up to an angle of 35 °.
The truck dump main cylinders and wheel chocks are operated via a control panel.
