Magnets are used for removing iron, metal and other ferrous objects from the raw material.

Magnets are controlled by the external pneumatic cylinder. Product outlets and metal collection outlets are separated by a valve. After the raw material is placed into the machine, the metals are trapped by the magnets as the material passes through the magnetic surface. The trapped materials are collected in the metal collection section and removed from the system automatically by changing the valve position with the help of pneumatic cylinders. There are three types of magnets: single-layer magnets, Y-type magnets and Z-type magnets.
