Minimizing cross contamination.

SMIX Series Paddle Mixer was designed and manufactured to homogeneously mix different raw materials that are grinded in the mill which has a free flow movement during the process.

In the mixers produced with our engineering experience, 4 minutes of mixing time can reduce CV ratio up to 2% to 5% with perfect homogenization. Thanks to soft start, the machine can work even if it is fully loaded. The mixture can be emptied very quickly within seconds thanks to the through discharge hatches.Mixing with or without liquid addition is both possible. It provides a mixture of raw materials that are grinded at 1/100,000 mixing sensitivity.

Flexible mixing.
Paddle mixers have body sizes ranging from 500 liters to 16.000 liters. The desired mixing ratios are achieved at the filling levels between 10% and 100% of the mixer. Thanks to the nozzles on the mixer, the process of adding liquid into the mixture is facilitated.

The time for charging is decreased with wide area pneumatic doors; the time for discharging decreases with double discharge doors that can open from end to end. The time saved with before mentioned process, increases the capacity/hour value.

There are 100% secure discharge doors which stayed locked until the rolling equipment finishes its rotation. The number of lines and nozzles can be coupled according to the requested liquid type and variety.

High hygiene standards.
It provides the sanitation standards you expect in the mixing process thanks to the paddle made of stainless steel and the optional stainless steel body. Thanks to the successive positioning of the paddles, every part of the body of the mixer is stripped. In this way, the mixture is also provided to be smoother.
