The tripper belt conveyor is designed to load bulk products into horizontal silos.

The tripper car traveling along the horizontal silos can unload the bulk material at any desired position, guaranteeing optimal use of the storage space. The tripper moves on the rails on the band body thanks to the 4 wheels on it and carries the casting hopper to the desired point.

Belt tensioners allow the belt to operate with the same amount of tension at different temperatures and with different loads. Compared to other horizontal loading methods, this method has the fewest equipment requirements. TBC series tripper belt conveyor uses high-strength rubber to extend its service life.

Belt slip sensors are placed at intervals determined by the length of the Tripper belt. In addition, some of the tape reels are specially mounted on movable stations with belt centering feature to ensure smooth operation of the belt.

Tripper belt car and belt drums are covered with rubber rubber and the belt pulleys are manufactured from steel pipes in accordance with the standards.
