Yemmak | Double Shaft Paddle Mixer

PPDS series double shaft paddle mixer is designed to homogeneously mix variety of free flowing grinded materials with or without added liquids. The mix is prepared with sensivity of 1/100000 (CV< 5%).

By the intersection of the paddles on the rotors and the mixing regions and their synchronized operation, a homogeneous mixture is obtained in a short time. Filling with large area pneumatic hatch; The unloading times are shortened with 4 discharge hatches that can be opened in total. These shorter periods increase the capacity of the line.

Flexible mixing.

Due to its double shaft, it reduces the mixing time up to 50 seconds. The desired mixing ratios are achieved at the filling levels between 10% and 100% of the mixer. Thanks to the nozzles on the mixer, the process of adding liquid into the mixture is facilitated.

High precision.

In double shaft mixers, CV ratio can be reduced between 2% and 5% with perfect homogenization. Thanks to soft start, the machine can work even if it is fully loaded. The mixture can be discharged very quickly thanks to the through discharge hatches.

Smooth Operation with Maintenance Hatches
For complete security, the maintenance hatches won’t open until the rotating equipment’s cycle is finished. Number of channels and nozzles can be increased for the used liquid type in the process.
