Maximum Sieving Sensitivity with Yemmak Micronized Sieve Technology

Yemmak micronized sieves are widely used in aquatic feed plants. They can sieve particles from 10 mm wide right down to 100 microns. 

The material is poured down to the sieves upper intake. The material is evenly distributed on the sieve, is sieved and channelled to the exit for output. The main sieving shaft is propelled by a standard electrical motor and a V belt.

The amplitude is adjusted for each specific produce and sieve’s orbit is drawn with a special pen on paper. Then the paper is attached on the sieve. By the very thin, fine grains sieve pores can be clogged. Possible cloggings on circular sieves can be eliminated by placing rubber balls under the fine grain sections.


Cleaning & Sieving

During the cleaning and sieving process, foreign objects are removed from the raw material.
